Hey there, friend!

If you’ve made it to this page, you probably take great interest in your health, in getting healthier, and are wondering how I can help.

Perhaps you hope to learn more about personal nutrition, or maybe you would like to shed some of that winter coat in preparation for summer.

I’m not sure exactly what led you here, but I’m so grateful you made it.

You might wonder, “What is health a coach?” or “Why would I want to hire a health coach?” Here are a few answers to some of your questions below:

What is a health coach, anyway?


A health coach is:

  • An accountability partner
  • A mentor-someone you can trust
  • A guide-someone to keep you going in the right direction to achieve your goals

A health coach is not:

  • A quick-fix (Health coaches can speed up your progress, but they’re not a magic pill)
  • Someone who can do the work for you.
  • Going to tell you what your goals should be, but will show you how to reach them.
Anyone can learn how to lose weight without a health coach.


There are thousands of books, and millions of websites that will tell you everything to do. They’ll give you a step-by-step guide. A meal plan. Before and after photos as proof that it works!

But there are still people living unhappy lives, overweight, depressed, looking for the answer. People are dying every single day from obesity and heart disease, and just need some help.

Hiring a health coach is an investment in your health.


Health coaches exist not only to provide nutrition information, but to walk with you on your personal health journey. To be someone to talk with about your struggles. To push you at just the right moments to conquer obstacles in your way that seem impossible. To help you overcome the inner voice that tells you that “you can’t.” Because YOU CAN. They’re there to celebrate all your victories along the way.

Working with a health coach will get you quicker results.


We’re all here on this earth together for a reason. No one should have to go at this alone, including you. Health coaches provide a safe space, and personal support for you. No one else is on your health journey but you, and it’s so much nicer to have someone to talk to about it. Don’t go it alone. Speed up your results with the help of a health coach, and get on with living your health-filled life! Because you deserve it.

I became a health coach to help people. People who are in the same situation I was once in. People who feel bound and trapped in their food addictions, people who long to find true freedom in food and in their lives. I found freedom. Freedom to finally live my life. Freedom from worry. Freedom from self-hate and powerlessness.

I found my freedom in food. I’d love to help you find yours too.
